Ina-Garten
Ina Gardner is the writer of many popular American cookery books. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. The show is on since 2002. Ina began to write policy and nuclear energy documents for the White House. While she found it to be stimulating intellectually, eventually she dropped interest and purchased a small specialty food store - Barefoot Contessa. After 18 years of making her shop a massive success she decided to sell it and started writing her first book. Numerous other books as well as magazine articles followed. She also appeared on the Food Network TV show also was launched, and was a huge hit. Her products range from cooking equipment, to food items and storage containers. Ina has never attended a cookery school nor did she work in a restaurant. Ina is a self-taught cook. She is known as an easy cook, and also for her entertaining cooking style. Her most well-known recipes include easy recipes like Skillet of Roasted Lemon Chicken Macaroni, Cheese and with Beef Bourguignon and Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
